Heated Deep Stretch

Deep Stretch is a 60 minute yin yoga class consisting of postures on the floor or in knealing positions that are held for an extended period of time. Yin yoga helps improve flexibility and uses longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body – it’s a great class for men and perfect for athletes! Yin yoga is designed to literally open the body up, peeling away layers of stress, injury, and tension that reside within.

Align and Flow Hot 60

This class includes a broad mix of foundational poses that blend alignment, strength building, flow, and breath work to provide a fully rounded class. Align and flow classes are a step up from the Gentle Vinyasa, serving everyone from beginning students to seasoned practitioners.

Hot 75

Hot 75 is an hour and 15 minute hot yoga class offering a warm-up sequence, standing postures, a vinyasa flow series, & ends with cooling floor postures and final shavasana. This class captures the essence of a traditional hot yoga class and incorporates the flow and grace of other Hatha sequences. Students will receive the benefits of a Hot Yoga class with further hip opening, upper body strengthening and core strengthening benefits. All levels, including beginners, are welcome.

Donation-Based Non-Heated Restorative Yoga

This relaxing class incorporates nourishing poses designed to restore and revitalize the mind and body. We will use props such as bolsters, straps, blankets, and sand bags to assist students in receiving the wonderful benefits of the calming yoga poses. This class is free and open to the public – donations to instructor encouraged.

Gentle Vinyasa

This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Vinyasa, you’ll be guided through your yoga practice beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your personal level. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.

Hot 60

Hot 60 is an hour hot yoga class offering a warm-up sequence, standing postures, a vinyasa flow series, & ends with cooling floor postures and final shavasana. Heated Yoga Boot Camp

Yoga Boot Camp is an hour long intense and exciting class that incorporates yoga and other strengthening postures into your practice. The instructors guide you through structured and motivating workouts to maximize your body’s potential and health. We recommend attending some of our other hot yoga classes a few times to allow your body to acclimate to the heat first, then join us for a challenging boot camp class. Be ready to SWEAT!

Aerial and BARRE

Non-Heated Intro to Aerial Yoga

Never been upside down in one of our aerial yoga slings? This is a great place to start! Let us guide you through a gentle Introduction to Aerial in this non-heated 60 minute class.

Non-Heated Intermediate Aerial Yoga

This 60 minute Aerial Yoga class is performed in a yoga swing and includes many inversions and uses an immense amount of core and upper body strength. We recommend trying our Intro to Aerial Yoga before attending this class.

60 Minute BARRE

Want to know the secret to a strong, lean and beautiful body of a dancer? Barre is what you have been searching for. This perfect workout will sculpt anyone’s body no matter what level of fitness! The best part, no dance background required! Barre is a combination of ballet technique, Pilates, and yoga. This low impact workout emphasizes fatiguing the secondary muscle groups delivering the long lines you crave! No shoes required, bring water!! Get ready to feel the burn!
