Deep Stretch

Deep Stretch is a 60-minute Yin Yoga class consisting of floor and kneeling postures held for an extended period of time. Yin Yoga improves flexibility by using longer holds to pass beyond muscle tissue and target the connective tissue and fascia of the body. This is a phenomenal class for athletes and men looking to improve mobility. It is specifically designed to literally open the body up, peeling away layers of stress, tension, and old injuries. This class is practiced in our heated room.

Heated Gentle Vinyasa

This class is designed for everyone—from absolute beginners to intermediate students looking for a more accessible hot yoga experience. Guided entirely at a slower pace, you will move through a gentle vinyasa sequence that focuses on foundational poses while offering options to take shapes to the next level based on your personal comfort. Set in a comfortably heated room to help warm the muscles, release tension, and ease the mind, this practice is the perfect vehicle to unwind and reset your body.

Select evening sessions are fully illuminated by soft candlelight for added relaxation.

Hot 60

Hot 60 is an hour long hot yoga class offering a warm-up sequence, standing postures, a vinyasa flow series, and cooling floor postures with a final savasana. Students will receive all the benefits of hot yoga with an extra emphasis on hip opening, upper body strengthening, and core stability. All levels, including absolute beginners, are welcome.

Hot Core 60

Hot Core 60 is a dynamically heated yoga class focused on strengthening and stabilizing the powerhouse muscles at the center of the body—including the thighs, hips, abdomen, back, and chest. This intelligently sequenced practice blends flowing vinyasa segments with longer-held postures to build deep muscular strength, improve joint stability, and increase overall body awareness. Expect a balanced blend of athletic effort and mindfulness designed to support better posture, functional movement, and core power. This class is practiced in our heated studio and is suitable for all experience levels, with modifications offered throughout.

Power 60

Power 60 is an intense, exciting, one-hour class that incorporates functional strengthening postures into a powerful yoga practice. Your instructor will guide you through a structured, motivating workout designed to maximize your body's potential and health. We highly recommend attending a few of our standard hot yoga classes first to allow your body to acclimate to the heat before joining us for a challenging Power 60 class. Be prepared to sweat!

Slow 60

The Slow 60 class takes a classic vinyasa flow and stretches it out, giving students the time to explore the space in between shapes. This allows for the discovery of alignment that works best for each individual's body. The slower pace, longer holds, and deeper breathwork provide both a physical and mental challenge. This class is one hour long and is practiced in our heated room.

Yoga Sculpt

Sixty minutes of pure sweat! We will build strength, flexibility, and muscle tone to a fun, high-energy playlist. We use extra props like hand weights, stretchy bands, and blocks to add an extra challenge. Props are always optional—feel free to bring your own or use a complimentary set provided at the studio. Expect a great yoga session combined with other elements of physical fitness for a challenging and fun workout.
